Because work begins once you engage us, Cert Hero service fees are non-refundable after commencement, regardless of the outcome of any assessment or application.

Cert Hero provides preliminary eligibility guidance only. Final eligibility decisions are made by TRA, VETASSESS, RTOs, or other relevant authorities.

Cert Hero fees do not include TRA, VETASSESS, RTO, licensing authority, or government fees. These are payable separately and are set by third parties.
